• Workout Data: We write workout data (including activity type, duration, and calculated calories) to Health Connect to help you track your fitness progress across different apps.

We use your email address for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your user account.
• To communicate with you regarding account-related matters.
• To send you important updates about the App.

If you choose to integrate with Health Connect, we use your health data solely for the following specific features:

• Weight Data: To provide you with strength metrics relative to your body mass and to improve the accuracy of calorie burn estimates.
• Heart Rate Data: To improve the accuracy of calorie calculations for your logged workouts. This allows us to credit you with "Active Energy" based on your actual exertion rather than a generic estimate.

We do not use your Health Connect data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing these fitness tracking features.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored securely on our servers, and we restrict access to personal information to authorized personnel only.
